As a counselor, I am passionate about helping people reach a place of healing and wholeness no matter what issue they might be facing. I believe that counseling can be a great fit for everyone and I try to provide a space for my clients to feel safe, heard, and understood.
I have experience working with individuals facing issues with interpersonal problems, codependency, addiction, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and anger. I am also trained to use EMDR and DART therapy models to work with trauma and other life issues. I have an extensive background working with addiction and trauma.
My goal is to help you gain insight into your own strengths while also helping equip you with new coping strategies to help where needed. I also believe that faith and spirituality can be a powerful tool and can be integrated into this process upon request. I can’t wait to partner and come alongside you in your wellness journey.
