I believe in creating a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients so that you can feel comfortable opening up about your life, and also feel supported in taking steps towards your own unique goals. With couples, I help work through breakdowns in communication to actually be able to hear each other and connect, improve their sex life, as well as heal from infidelity. I also help individuals cope with anxiety and stress to feel at peace & secure again.
I believe that collaboration is key, so my priority is to hear you & understand your unique experience in life, especially when you and your partner have different perspectives. I don't have a one-size-fits-all approach, and will make sure your own goals are the focus that we can then work towards together.
