I came to this work through education and coaching. After struggling through a demanding college environment myself, it was my closest mentors and coaches who brought me through it. I went into education to offer that to others — and eventually found that therapy was where I could commit to it most fully.
I work primarily with men navigating challenging life transitions, relationship issues, and the kind of restlessness that's hard to name but hard to ignore. I also work with older adults navigating the emotional terrain of later life and student athletes on mindset and performance.
