I specialize in helping preteens, teenagers, and adults who are experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship issues. Through our sessions together, you will find that I not only take the time to listen and understand your situation, but that together we will build up your skills to better understand and manage your feelings that are currently weighing you down.
My expertise extends to treating preteens, teenagers, and adult individuals and couples who are grieving a loss, are experiencing depression, PTSD, anxiety, and/or have lived through traumatic situations. I also work with couples who are struggling in their relationships with each other or family members.
Beginning therapy, or simply starting with a new therapy, can be overwhelming and may even worry you. Rest assured, our sessions will be collaborative and I will support you through employing your resources to strengthen your mental health.
