I pride myself on developing genuine, heartfelt connections with my clients- empowering them to evolve into their best selves. I’ll be your copilot, meeting you where you are, identifying your destination, and charting your path there. I also offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP). Therapy can be intimidating, challenging work, but we can make room for some playfulness and maybe even laughter along the way.

We'll use practical, evidence-based techniques and tools, uniquely tailoring our approach to best fit your goals and values, checking in and adjusting as needed along the way.
