My approach is relational and psychodynamic, grounded in careful listening. I pay attention not only to what is being said, but to patterns, emotional rhythms, and what emerges between us in the room. Therapy with me is not about fixing or optimizing you, but about creating enough safety and curiosity for deeper understanding and change to unfold over time.

This zoom consultation group offers clinicians a reflective space grounded in depth psychology and the practice of negative capability—the capacity to stay with uncertainty, tension, and the unknown.
