I am an experienced, Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Life Coach who cares and can help! I have over 25 years experience working with adult men providing counseling, life coaching or both in a variety of settings. I specialize in working with men (age 21 and older) a broad range of problems such as: life transitions (divorce, job loss, lack of purpose), anger/stress management, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, sexual performance issues (ED, Infidelity), addictions, mental disorders, family issues, codependency, low self-esteem/motivation, career, and life goals.
I use an integrative approach for treatment with a foundation of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Cognitive-Behavioral therapy is evidence-based, which means that is supported by research that proves it is effective in helping people make emotional and behavioral changes.
