My clinical practice serves children, teens, and adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, gender identity development and exploration, neurodiversity (ASD and ADHD), grief and loss, transitions, and much more.
My work with clients centers on mindfulness-based interventions to facilitate an awareness of self and body; and cognitive behavioral therapy to highlight thought patterns that may be affecting my clients' well-being. I also offer strength-based and harm reduction interventions to facilitate healing and growth.
