I help people build on that clarity to move them into and through their whirlwind to help make personal change real. The inner work of self-love, inner healing, integration, & personal transformation are the heart of my personal belief & professional practice. I bring these into my client's personal therapy work. I have a broad range of experience and training in the mental health & substance abuse fields as well as traditional faith-based and/or esoteric spiritualities. I meet you where they are at: spirit, body and mind, to give you the most choices for your healing journey: traditional talk therapy and/or experiential therapy, and/or deeper hypnotherapy.
