I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I incorporate CBT, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Exposure Therapy as appropriate for each client. I also have specialized training in CBT-I to support clients struggling with chronic insomnia and can facilitate finding additional support for other sleep disorders.
