My work focuses on a warm, empathetic, and direct approach. Looking at growth as a natural impulse that we all have, it’s my goal to support those I work with in recognizing the things in their life that contribute to the difficulties they are dealing with and find compassionate and empowering ways to work towards meaningful change. Seeing our part in where we are struggling can be difficult, and also powerful. I work to help my clients blend taking personal responsibility where they can with radical self-acceptance.
I work with individuals and couples, and especially enjoy supporting members of the LGBTQIA community!
I utilize an approaches that looks closely at factors such as personal history, attachment, identity, systems, and your relationships to yourself and others to inform the direction we take in our work together. I strive to offer trauma informed treatment that uses a relational approach that seeks to support you as a whole person.
My priority is to provide an honest, curious, and caring approach to holding you in your unique journey of exploring how to grow and find new depths of authenticity within yourself and how you move through the world.
