No matter how—or when—anxiety or OCD show up, they always take a toll. Your child might be struggling with school refusal, fears, or constant reassurance-seeking. Your teen might be shut down, panicked, or stuck in obsessive thoughts. As an adult, your anxiety may show up as chronic worry, perfectionism, or even unexplained physical pain. You might be supporting a young adult who’s stuck and unsure how to move forward. No matter how you—or the people you love—are experiencing anxiety or OCD, you want relief, and a therapist who can meet you where you're at.
I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, and chronic pain across the lifespan. I work directly with kids, teens, and adults, and use SPACE, a parent-directed treatment for child anxiety and OCD if children are unable to attend therapy themselves. My approach is trauma-informed, developmentally sensitive, and grounded in what actually helps people feel better.
Anxiety is exhausting—whether you’re living with it yourself or watching someone you love struggle. So whether I’m working with you, your child, or your teenager, my goal is to help you reduce fear, restore a sense of safety, and move toward a life with more freedom, connection, and meaning. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please reach out today.

I also specialize in working with people experiencing chronic pain, and the many issues that go along with it, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Speaking as someone who has both experienced and recovered from chronic pain, I know just how emotionally devastating it can be, and how much therapy can help. I am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.
