Living with anxiety or OCD gets exhausting fast. Kids may melt down, avoid challenges, or need constant reassurance. Teens can get stuck in panic, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, and time-consuming rituals. Adults often look functional on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or trapped in loops they can’t seem to shut off. If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re tired of letting anxiety run the show. Reaching out for therapy can feel awkward and vulnerable, but it can also be a first step toward real change.
I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults with anxiety and OCD, and in helping parents respond more effectively to their children's anxiety or OCD. I also work with adults dealing with depression, self-criticism, chronic pain, and the kind of general "stuckness" that can quietly take over a life.
One of the hardest parts of starting therapy can be sending that first message, especially when anxiety or OCD has already taken up so much space in your life. My goal is to make that first step a bit easier by offering a collaborative space where you can feel understood and supported. If this sounds like the help you're looking for, I'd be glad to talk.

I also specialize in working with people experiencing chronic pain, and the many issues that go along with it, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Speaking as someone who has both experienced and recovered from chronic pain, I know just how emotionally devastating it can be, and how much therapy can help. I am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.
