About
I specialize in the treatment of OCD, OC-Spectrum, and Anxiety Disorders. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including inpatient psychiatry, residential, and community mental health. Prior to starting my practice, Bull City Anxiety, I worked at McLean Hospital's OCD Institute in Boston, MA.
I studied Psychology at the University of Vermont and received my Master in Social Work at New York University in 2008. I have also completed a certificate program in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Boston University and attended the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute facilitated by the International OCD Foundation.
My treatment is tailored to each individual, though my approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am an in-network provider for BlueCrossBlueShield. I also offer a sliding scale and can assist clients in obtaining out-of-network reimbursement.
