Finding the right therapist can be challenging, and I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me! My approach is grounded in CBT, Mindfulness, EFT, and IFS, but I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs, making therapy a collaborative and meaningful experience. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate trauma (Family, Religious, Relationship, etc.), relationship dynamics, depression, anxiety, and sexual concerns. I also work closely with the LGBTQIA+ community and specialize in men's issues.
I see clients at New Directions Wellness Center during the following hours: Monday & Tuesday: 10 AM - 7 PM, Wednesday: 10 AM - 6pm, Thursday: 8 AM- 6 PM, and Friday: 8 AM - 3 PM.
To connect with me, click "My Website" and complete a short form - I typically respond within 24 hours. Our first contact will be a brief phone call or email to discuss your goals and schedule your intake session. I look forward to working with you!
