Finding the right therapist can be challenging, and I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me! My approach is grounded in CBT, Mindfulness, EFT, and IFS, but I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs, making therapy a collaborative and meaningful experience. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate trauma (Family, Religious, Relationship, etc.), relationship dynamics, depression, anxiety, and sexual concerns. I also work closely with the LGBTQIA+ community and specialize in men's issues.
I see client at my office space at Roots Collaborative Center during the following hours: Monday through Thursday 10 AM - 6 PM, and Friday: 10 AM - 3 PM. I personally prefer in-person sessions, but I offer online sessions as well!
At this time my Tuesday appointments are telehealth only.
