October 2024 - I am accepting new clients! I am now in-network with MaineCare. My speciality is working with depression, grief and burnout. I often work well with clients experiencing common symptoms of each - persistent sadness, low or no motivation, general anxiety about all things, difficulty concentrating, ongoing irritability in relationships, among others. I also specialize in bringing together spirituality and therapy, based on my years as a hospice chaplain. My work as a therapist grew out of my own profound, extended season of grief and depression. My passion is supporting people on their journey.
In our first sessions we will get to know one another as you share your story. Early on I will listen more than I speak, and I may offer thoughts or skills to help with the immediate situation. From there, we will tailor our work to your unique circumstances, paying attention to how your thoughts, feelings and actions impact your mental health.
The times when I most needed help in my life were the times it was the hardest to ask. I'm glad you are taking the step to seek support from a therapist. I'd love to get a chance to talk to see if we might be a good fit working together. To find out more, visit tidalfalls.com. Please call, email, or click on my website link to schedule a consultation!
