Maybe you’ve spent years being the strong one for everyone else while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, executive functioning challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want to be living. On the outside, you may appear to have everything together while, on the inside, you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or wondering why life feels harder than it seems for everyone else. You don’t have to face those challenges alone.

My role is to step into your corner. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, recognize the strengths you already possess, and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence and purpose. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about helping you reconnect with the person you’ve always had the potential to become.
