It can be so hard to reach out and ask for help when you are struggling. Whatever your struggle is with your mental health, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to wholeness. I have specialized training in working with those who have been traumatized or are grieving. I also have experience working with global workers, first responders, and third-culture kids. I offer regular and late-night hours (Pacific Time) to accommodate a variety of schedules and international time-zones.
I offer a safe environment to explore whatever might be causing you distress. I come from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective that conceptualizes mental health issues as a response to pain (past or present) that is no longer working. I utilize many different modalities to work with who you uniquely are and have been.
