Deciding to start therapy can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. My goal is to make the process feel approachable, safe and welcoming. I am dedicated to meeting you where you are to create a comfortable environment and trusting relationship. You will be provided with a space free of judgment where you can develop your goals and work on them at your own pace. While I pull from several different therapeutic models, my core is client centered and strengths based.
I have experience supporting people with a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship and intimacy difficulties, substance use, grief and loss, family struggles, boundary setting, adjustment to life changes, sexuality and identity. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally sensitive therapy services.
My name is Sia; I'm a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with a clinical specialty, certificate in sex therapy, and over 14 years of experience. I work with adults, couples/relationships, and families. If it seems like I might be the right therapist for you, please reach out to schedule an appointment. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
