My clients typically struggle with addictions, anger, and experience difficulties in relating to loved ones. I focus on the child-parent relationship with both children and adults who have had adverse life experiences.
I also work with people who appear to be "stuck" or have behaviors that they wish to rid themselves from. Through hypnotherapy and brainspotting, I work with the patient on listening to his or her own "wise voice."
I tend to focus on the spirituality of recovery and the resiliency of the human spirit.
