I offer trauma-focused psychotherapy and EMDR for adults.
I have years of experience working with people suffering from anxiety or depression, struggling in relationships, feeling a low sense of self-worth, or grappling with the effects of trauma. My work centers on helping people expand their understanding of their inner world and the impact it has on themselves and their relationships.
