Bell Counseling Services was established with the intent to provide the highest quality and most effective treatment available for those who suffer from substance use depression, grief, and other pressing issues. Our goal is to provide a high quality continuum of care for juveniles and adults. We provide services through a wide variety of funding sources, such as DSHS funds, various county funds, self pay, etc.
