Greetings! My name is Belinda Wilder-Cheatham. I am an Associate Professional Counselor. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree from Benedict College in 2007. I then served 8 years in the United States Army, (Go Army!). In 2018 I completed my Master’s degree in American History and my second Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with both degrees being from Southern New Hampshire University.
I bring a wealth of knowledge, empathy, and compassion from the experience I’ve gained working in the mental health field for 11 years. My approach to therapy is centered around cultural sensitivity and creating space for you to be your authentic self. I'm a firm believer that the client is the expert in their life.
I’m here to provide you with the tools to gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. By doing this you can make positive changes in your life. Together we can navigate your journey!
