I also bring extensive experience from the medical field, and provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-S), and a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW). My approach is holistic, client-centered, and considers the person in their environment, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood and empowered. I meet clients where they are in their journey in life, and help them move toward goals that are meaningful and achievable.
