Hello all! My name is Belinda Bacon and I’m a LCSW in Laramie Wyoming. I have worked with youth and families for 24 years In my community. I provide individual and family therapy and take most insurance. My passion is helping others shed years of self-doubt, shame, guilt, which all creates anxiety. We all at times, walk around with our teeth and guts clenched and we don’t even realize it. I want to help others with self-awareness about how we trap stress in our body and how to get it out!
I believe my specialty is being able to connect with most people no matter where you came from, how much money you make or what the issues are in life. My main goal in therapy is to help others with self-discovery, overcome shame, guilt and fear of taking steps forward to realizing future dreams.
I am a compassionate, empathetic, caring person, I like to give my clients and I a chance to build a relationship in order for all to feel safe. It’s very scary and hard for some to be vulnerable and allow another to see the pain being experienced, I provide a non-judgmental, warm, compassionate setting in which you can relax and soothe the soul.
