Taking new clients for telehealth and in office. With a focus on mental health and disabilities, I have supported individuals with autism, traumatic brain injury, anger issues, trauma background, borderline personality disorder, anxiety/depression and self-esteem issues. My approach is individual to each person, depending on what you want/need from your sessions. Clients can expect a confidential, non-judgmental and safe environment to work through challenges.
All sessions are client centered, as we focus on identifying key issues and develop tools to empower personal control over symptoms, family and relationship concerns, emotional management/regulation and how to feel more in control over life challenges.
