I've been in your shoes. I've raced as a junior, in high-school, the NCAA D1, around the world as a pro-runner made Olympic & World Championship finals. I've failed miserably + I've won championship medals. I have gained unique insights into the stresses + strains athletes experience.
It has been my life's work to understand these situations from a psychological + developmental perspective. I love sharing my knowledge with athletes looking to improve, perform when it counts + enjoy the rollercoaster of life in sport.
