I have developed effective skills working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, addictions and trauma. I have experience counseling in the correctional setting and outpatient substance abuse treatment. If you have a family member or loved one with a substance use disorder or behavioral addiction I understand and can offer insight and support.
Special focus on holistic treatment for wellness including a Reiki practitioner on site. My style is 'down-to-earth' combining with knowledge and experience to help you feel most comfortable in the counseling setting. This is a collaborative effort, you are the expert on you, and I offer feedback with information that could be helpful.
