I am EMDR basic trained and incorporate trauma-informed care into my work, helping clients process both trauma and complex trauma. This may include symptoms such as emotional reactivity, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, numbness, difficulty trusting others, negative self-beliefs, or feeling “stuck” despite insight and effort.
I work primarily with young adults, professionals, parents, and women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause, as well as men facing life transitions. I support clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally disconnected, or unsure of their next steps.
