I’m a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist who supports clients using Christian counseling, DBT skills, and narrative therapy. I offer a space where your story, faith, and mental health are respected and explored with care. As a first-generation Mexican-American and a woman of faith, I believe healing happens when people feel safe to be themselves—mind, body, and spirit.
