I am an EMDR trained therapist and I have extensive training in acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems, trauma-informed practice, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Becoming more mindful has the power to improve mood, decrease emotional distress, and support a fuller life in the only moment we ever truly live – Now!
