Whether you have had therapy before or are checking it out for the first time, I am glad you are here. I work with individuals of all ages from toddlers to teens to retirees. Life can be challenging and we all have had some experience with loss, grief, depression, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. Some of us have lived through significant trauma as well. Therapy sessions are a safe place to heal and grow. All sessions are tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances.
I received my masters in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued my studies at The Washington School of Psychiatry. I was a faculty member at the Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis in the Infant and Young Child Observational Studies Program. I am currently a facilitator for the Circle of Security parenting program.
