My approach is warm, direct collaborative, and trauma-informed. I utilize EMDR, parts work, CBT, ACT, and attachment-based approaches to help clients understand why they respond the way they do to build a more fulfilling present-day life. Together, we'll explore the patterns that no longer serve you, process painful experiences, and build a life that feels more authentic and connected to who you are outside of who your traumas said you are.
Many of my clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, or the lingering effects of growing up feeling unseen, misunderstood, or responsible for everyone else. I work with those who are working towards understanding themselves more deeply and are ready to heal old wounds instead of simply managing symptoms.
