Being Centered: Psychological Services, PLLC, PhD, Psychologist in Ridgefield
Are you struggling in your relationship, as a couple or within a marriage? Difficulties connecting to others? Successful in business and not relationships? You may notice repeated relational patterns for yourself such as getting the same feedback from partners time and time again or partners repeatedly asking for something from you. Struggles can also arise in a new relationship when the sense of a "honeymoon" phase has ended, which can lead to a new reality of both individuals being seen for who they are versus through the eyes of love/romance. We also provide "uncoupling" therapy for divorce cases.
Are you in search of a deeper meaning? A life transition? Are you unsatisfied or unfilled? You may be stuck in routines, which can lead to stagnation. This can be experienced during life transitions when circumstances are externally challenging. This can also give way to pivotal moments for internal change.
Whether you are exploring relationship issues or underlying factors contributing to a lack of fulfillment, Dr. Huff and Dr. Reyes Castillo provide a free, 45-minute, in-person consultation. Their services include individual and couple's psychotherapy from a psychodynamic orientation, as well as psychological evaluations (testing).
