I have 25 years and an array of experience coaching, counseling and teaching in the areas of addiction, mental health, behavior issues with children, and parenting. I believe in people and the ability to grow. I have a warm and compassionate approach and find laughter as one of the greatest healers. I believe we should be enjoying our lives but sometimes that is difficult. My overall goal is to help clients enjoy a full and happy life.
Combining my counseling/coaching experience, parenting training certification, and behavior management specialty, I have a unique and stacked approach treating behaviors that create obstacles to serenity and joy for yourself and your family. I have particular interest and talent working with parents to maintain peaceful homes and to raise capable adult.
