Hi, I'm Kendyl (she/her) and I'm glad you found me here! I am passionate about supporting people who want to feel better. I especially enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, and individuals experiencing infertility, pregnancy, and more. I provide letters of support for gender-affirming medical care and Assisted Reproductive Technologies. I strive to offer an affirming environment for ALL people, regardless of body size or ability, racial and ethnic identities, gender identity, religion, relationship status, and sexual behavior.
I can help you feel more empowered, cultivate resilience, develop new coping strategies, strengthen your relationships, and more. My style is attachment-oriented and typically uses a mix of cognitive-behavioral and narrative techniques, but the specific strategies utilized are unique to each individual. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
It can be hard to set aside time for self-care, but you are worth it! It would be my honor to support you as you work to make positive changes in your life and I will do my best to ensure you feel heard and respected throughout our time together. Update as of Feb 2023: I don't have any space for new clients, but waitlist may be available - email to inquire.
