Reflections counseling services was created to offer a unique, non- judgmental space where clients and families are able to be themselves My approach includes meeting the clients where they are at in their journey and walking with them on the path of wellness. I specialize in Adolescents and children, PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and other mental health issues. Some therapies I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered and motivational interviewing. I give client homework to allow the counseling experience to continue at home allowing clients to gain better coping skills to better face issues more effectively.
I have several years of experience in counseling and substances abuse. I have experience in group as well as individual counseling. I have worked with adolescents both in counseling as well in other setting. I have a down to earth attitude which enable children and teens to connect with me.
We are a small practices which enable all clients to receive quality care to ensure the counseling experience is the best quality. We are a warm welcoming office to allow for a more therapeutic environment
