I am a clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience working with adults and teens. My eclectic approach integrates cognitive-behavioral strategies with other treatment modalities. After carefully listening to a person's presenting difficulties, we collaboratively identify the primary goals of treatment. I provide a supportive, understanding and objective framework in which we address one's concerns and build upon existing strengths. My office is conveniently located on Princeton Pike, in Lawrenceville, New Jersey (close to route 95).
I work with adults ranging from late teens to mid-80s, struggling with anxiety, relationship issues (both heterosexual and gay), depression, work issues, and various life transitions (i.e. adjustment to college, divorce, unemployment, and retirement).
I work with teens dealing with: anxiety, school problems, depression, family issues, and attention deficit disorder. I address parents' concerns, and provide feedback regarding ways to handle different situations and challenges. I often consult with other professionals such as pediatricians, psychiatrists, teachers, and guidance counselors.
