Human existence is challenging. Maneuvering through life can mean facing trauma, abuse, loss, change or illness. Often we face childhood attachment trauma: physical or emotional separation from our family of origin in our younger years. The effects of early trauma can often be seen in behaviors at school, at work, in our relationships and in our parenting.
