I believe in working together to develop a plan to help you achieve your goals and to address your mental health needs. I am now licensed in both MN and WI.
I have a pragmatic approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and am able to offer EMDR via telehealth! Together we can figure out what is the best approach and how to move forward!
I believe in the use of humor, realism, and building a safe therapeutic relationship to help facilitate change. I have found using telehealth offers flexibility and the ability to connect in a whole new way!
