My name is Pam Katz, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I bring over 20 years experience helping people of all ages reduce their anxiety, cope with depression, and function in their daily routines. My clients describe me as caring, supportive, and nurturing. I specialize in Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Depression, BFRBs, School Refusal, ADHD, School Issues, Bullying Issues, and Tics. I also provide parents with support and training to improve family life.
I offer the following evidence based practices: CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Comprehensive Behavior for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (ComB), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT).
I work together with clients to enhance coping skills. I promote empowerment in clients with a warm & compassionate approach. Together we work to identify challenges you are facing, the strengths you have, establish goals for treatment, & identify emotional tolerance & cognitive skills to aid in managing life's stressors.
