I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate through the often challenging territory of relationships and life changes. Ultimately, I hope to empower clients to get 'unstuck" and create positive shifts in their relationships and life.
I have completed 3 levels of the Gottman method training as well as a divorce mediation training; both providing me with the skills to negotiate the often complicated issues in relationships.
