Being in practice for over a decade, I have experience counseling adults, adolescents, individuals, families, and couples, presenting with issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-injury, process addictions, obsessive and compulsive disorders, relationship concerns and co-occurring addiction concerns. I have dedicated my career to working with, researching and treating, a variety of populations, and cultures including the veterans. My work focuses on mentoring and fostering growth in everyone to overcome life's trials.
I work with several populations and cultures on a multitude of concerns. I utilize CBT and DBT skill sets to help reach your goals. My approach is client centered and is a collaborative effort with you in the driver seat. I am a certified Trauma Specialist, an Approved Clinical Supervisor, and hold a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
