I work through teletherapy via phone or video sessions with clients in the Chicago area. Talk therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and Eriksonian hypnosis are some of the exercises through which my clients have found relief in sessions. I am also certified Level 2 in TEAM Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (feelinggood.com).
