Christina is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a near decade of experience. In each of these settings, her primary aim is to help our most vulnerable population navigate some of life’s challenges and support the parent/guardian as you guide them. Christina’s style of therapy is relational, strength-based, evidence-based, and integrative.
As a marriage and family therapist, Christina focuses heavily on relationships. These relationships may be with ourselves, friends, family, significant others, schools, or even community. When individuals learn how to be successful in a relationship, they can learn how to get their needs met no matter the situation.
She believes this is especially important to teach our youngest population who currently face more stressors and mental health issues than ever before.
