I specialize in complex traumas, anxiety, depression, family and intimate relationships concerns, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. I also help clients navigate life's stressors, transitions or changes, improve self-confidence and self-esteem, and learn how to practice self-care and live more balanced lives.
My approach is kind, compassionate, and honest. Sessions are warm, conversational, and collaborative and techniques are tailored to clients' specific needs and goals.
