I provide individual counseling for adults in a warm and welcoming environment. If you are dealing with depression or anxiety, we will work together to decrease those symptoms and improve your outlook on life. Other areas of expertise include improving self-worth and overcoming individual and relationship challenges.
With attentive listening and genuine regard for each individual, I help clients identify issues, gain insight and clarity into their feelings and actions, and develop a plan towards personal goals. I use a cognitive behavioral approach that also includes a focus on wellness and self-care as clients deal with individual and relational issues.
