I believe it is a true privilege to be able to help others work through some of their most difficult times in life. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families as they've grieved the loss of a loved one, as divorce unraveled their sense of stability, or as unforeseen events and difficult transitions presented. Navigating change, while surviving loss, is something I understand well and am equipped to help you through.
My earlier background as a neurologically focused Occupational Therapist launched my appreciation for the mind-body-spirit interplay in our overall well-being. Seeing the whole picture allows for reaching one's greatest potential. Additionally, I have received training through the EMDR Institute, enabling me to promote greater healing from trauma or disturbing life experiences.
