I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Interpersonal Reconstructive Therapy (IRT), and Stress Management strategies to tailor the right approach for your specific situation.
Working with children, teens and families, I employ a unique Upside Down Therapy model. This step-by-step program turns the usual approach to OCD on its head, changing the sufferer's relationship to unwelcome thoughts rather than refuting or fighting them.
