If you are struggling with feeling happy with yourself, I want to partner with you to help you feel more comfortable in your skin. I'm excited about working with women and girls to be authentically themselves and free from the trappings of their past and who society tells them to be.
My specialty is working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I take a trauma-informed approach to my work using the therapist-client relationship as a tool to build insight and empowerment. I also encourage the use of meditation, and mindfulness approaches as part of the healing process.
